岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 负责Exchange Server与Microsoft 365邮件系统的架构设计、部署实施与混合云演进，保障系统高可用性;

2. 诊断并解决邮件流、DAG高可用及域控联动等复杂故障，主导重大故障根因分析与复盘;

3. 构建邮件安全防护体系，落地反钓鱼、DLP、加密与多因素认证策略，确保符合全球合规要求;

4. 推进运维自动化，通过PowerShell脚本与工具开发实现批量运维与监控告警，提升运维效率;

5. 与各协作团队紧密配合，提供技术指导与培训，沉淀运维知识库，支撑全球邮件通信需求。

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 具备Exchange Server与Microsoft 365混合云架构设计、部署及调优能力，保障系统高可用性与长期演进;

2. 能够主导邮件流、DAG高可用等复杂故障的根因分析，并构建反钓鱼、DLP、邮件加密及MFA等安全防护体系以符合全球审计要求;

3. 能够在重大故障或迁移风险中快速定位根因并决策处置方案，具备技术前瞻意识，能引入新方案优化运维体系;

4. 在运维与合规中坚守高标准操作规范，以身作则执行变更纪律，并持续挑战架构以优化性能与成本;

5. 以保障邮件业务稳定与安全为己任，长期投入混合云演进与自动化建设，追求服务体验与效率突破;
