岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 设计适用于小算力平台的双目深度模型量化与加速方案，对模型端侧推理的耗时、占用等进行深度优化，提升算法效率;

2. 深入理解芯片硬件架构（如NPU、GPU、DSP等），利用其特性（如稀疏计算、专用指令集）实现模型的高效推理，显著提升推理速度和能效比;

3. 主导并实施模型的量化（INT8/INT4/混合精度）、剪枝、蒸馏等压缩技术，在保证模型精度损失可控的前提下，大幅降低模型体积和计算开销;

4. 构建双目模组量产所需的标定与测试工具链，支持硬件批量生产的质量一致性。

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 计算机、自动化、电子信息等相关专业，有AI模型量化、部署、加速相关的工作经验;

2. 精通C/C++/Python等编程语言，熟悉Linux开发环境，具备扎实的代码能力和良好的软件工程习惯;

3. 深入理解深度学习原理，熟悉主流深度学习框架(PyTorch/TensorFlow)，具有独立开发能力;

4. 具备实际的模型部署经验，熟悉TensorRT、ONNX、RKNN等相关端侧推理框架;

5. 拥有在嵌入式设备（如ARM CPU, NPU, DSP）或AI芯片上进行AI模型部署和优化的实战经验者优先;

6. 具有3D几何视觉和图像处理算法基础，了解相机标定原理。
