People Manager - Fullstack (HC Dev)

We are looking for exceptional programmers to join our Human Capital Development (HC Dev) team based in Hyderabad, which is rebuilding its core infrastructure and applications to enhance efficiency, enable data-driven decision-making, and deliver next-generation analytics capabilities. The role offers an opportunity to provide technical and delivery leadership through active involvement in system design, architecture, and implementation, leading initiatives that evolve our platforms, improve maintainability, and deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing systems. You will align technology direction with business goals, guide teams toward architectural excellence, and strengthen the reliability, resilience, and performance of critical systems.

Responsibilities:

• In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-quality web applications and supporting infrastructure by working closely with business and product managers.
• You will work on a range of back-end and front-end technologies, including Java, Spring, TypeScript, React, and SQL Server, while participating actively in design and code reviews.
• You will remain hands-on in design and development while guiding the team in engineering best practices.
• You will also troubleshoot business-critical issues, solve complex technical challenges, and mentor junior team members on both technology and domain aspects to support their growth and development.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field with 7.5 to 10 years of work experience
• Strong full-stack development experience with Java and Spring or similar frameworks on the back end and TypeScript and React on the front end, with familiarity with SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a demonstrated passion for technology, quality, and attention to detail.
• Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication; people management experience is a plus.
• Excellent reasoning ability, interpersonal, and communication skills, as the role involves frequent interaction with business groups.
• People manager experience is a must.

Advanced Qualifications:

• Experience integrating GenAI workflows, including RAG pipelines, using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent tools to build scalable AI applications is a plus.
