Inside Sales Representative (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, commercially minded Inside Sales Representative to join our revenue team. In this role, you will act as a key commercial partner to our Client Managers, driving revenue growth through precise quoting, deal progression, renewal management, and active vendor coordination.

This is not a passive administrative position-it is a proactive sales role where you will share accountability for quote quality, customer responsiveness, pipeline velocity, and team revenue outcomes. You will work alongside Client Managers while also liaising directly with customers on quotes, renewals, add-on opportunities, and solution inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Quote Preparation & Execution: Prepare precise, timely, and commercially sound quotes for hardware, software licensing, and professional services aligned with company standards.
• Transaction & Pipeline Ownership: Manage transactional sales from initial customer request through quote acceptance, order processing, and handover to delivery, finance, or operations teams.
• Vendor & Distributor Management: Liaise with vendor partners and distributors to secure competitive pricing, confirm availability/lead times, process deal registrations, and leverage vendor promotions.
• Renewals & Opportunity Identification: Track and manage upcoming solution and licensing renewals. Proactively spot simple add-on, cross-sell, and upgrade opportunities based on client buying history.
• Customer & Internal Alignment: Follow up open quotes, handle customer inquiries professionally, and collaborate with internal subject matter experts to support complex solution builds.
• CRM & Process Discipline: Maintain strict accuracy across all sales records, opportunities, and activities using HubSpot, D-Tools, and Microsoft 365, ensuring zero untracked sales activity.
• RFP & Tender Support: Assist with gathering product specs, pricing structures, and vendor information for major client proposals and tenders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 1-2 years in inside sales, sales support, technology distribution, procurement, or a related commercial B2B environment.
• Technical Aptitude: Experience with technology, cloud, or Microsoft solutions is highly regarded (though not strictly required).
• Tooling: Prior experience navigating CRMs (e.g., HubSpot), quoting tools, or distributor/vendor portals is desirable.
• Education: Tertiary qualifications are welcomed, but proven commercial discipline, customer focus, and quick-learning capability are prioritized.
