Business Analyst

Role Description The Business Analyst role is a full-time remote position responsible for understanding client business needs and translating them into clear, actionable requirements for technical and functional teams. On a day-to-day basis, the Business Analyst will gather and analyze data, document business processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement. The role involves conducting requirements workshops, preparing functional specifications, and supporting solution design to ensure alignment with business objectives across IT and consulting projects. The Business Analyst will create reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations, and will work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams throughout the project life cycle. Ongoing responsibilities include monitoring implemented solutions, measuring outcomes against key performance indicators, and suggesting enhancements to optimize value for clients.
Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data to support decision-making.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis, including requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Business Process mapping, optimization, and workflow design.
• Capability to define, document, and manage Business Requirements throughout the project life cycle.
• Familiarity with IT and consulting environments (e.g., AI, cloud, security, banking, healthcare, or similar domains) is beneficial.
• Comfort working in remote, cross-functional teams and using collaboration tools and project management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) are an advantage.
• Experience with data analysis tools, reporting tools, or BI platforms is a plus.
