Role Description The Project Manager role is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing end-to-end project delivery across D2N Solutions service lines, with a strong focus on coordination between clients, internal teams, and external partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning project scope, timelines, and budgets; tracking milestones; managing risks; and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. The Project Manager will coordinate expediting and logistics activities, monitor inspection schedules and quality checkpoints, and ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date. This role also involves identifying process improvements, supporting resource allocation, and ensuring projects meet client requirements, compliance standards, and organizational quality benchmarks.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage schedules, follow up on deliverables, and ensure timely completion of project tasks.
• Candidates should possess Inspection-related skills to coordinate quality checks, verify compliance, and support technical reviews as needed.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to oversee material flow, vendor coordination, and delivery timelines across multiple locations.
• Relevant experience managing projects in IT, technology infrastructure, or business consulting environments is highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in project management tools and collaboration platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional, and multicultural setting.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, IT, or a related field; professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) is an advantage.
