Assist in recording and processing financial transactions.
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Assist with bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations.
Prepare and organize invoices, payment documents, and supporting financial records.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Assist in preparing financial reports and management summaries.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
Support the Finance team in analyzing expenses, revenues, and variances.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
Good command of English.
Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, and basic data analysis.
Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
Ability to work with large amounts of financial data.
