Tasks

  • Manage end-to-end air freight shipments (import/export)

  • Coordinate with operations, overseas offices, and customers on bookings and updates

  • Monitor shipments and provide timely status updates

  • Handle customer enquiries, overseas agent communication, and documentation

  • Ensure accuracy of shipping documents (HAWB/MAWB, invoices, customs)

  • Follow up on routing orders and ensure SOP compliance

Qualifications

  • Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline

  • 2-5 years of experience in air freight customer service or the freight forwarding industry

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage

  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing

  • Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented

  • Good customer service mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
