Digital Designer

We’re looking for a designer who has experience working closely with a marketing team on acquisition initiatives and is comfortable jumping onto a variety of digital and print projects. We’re currently growing and evolving our strategic creative output in all of our marketing channels. We’re looking for someone who is a motivated self starter and an inspired creative to join us.

The Role:

• You will primarily work closely with the digital marketing team to concept, execute, manage and prioritize creative campaigns.

• These projects will include email campaigns, ad creative, store signage, ecommerce design, general marketing assets, OOH, ads, etc.

• You will also work very closely with our creative director and lead designer to help grow and develop our brand strategy in alignment with marketing initiatives.

• You will work closely with our advertising partners and will be expected to have a high level of project management and communication skills.

• You are expected to take the lead on your own projects and communicate to the larger team your collaboration, planning and results during the process of your projects.

• We’re looking for someone who’s excited to evolve the Dagne brand creative, including contributing to brand strategy concepting, visual storytelling, and messaging.

You:

• You are scrappy, know how to make things happen, and are not afraid to get your hands dirty

• You’re curious and actively aware of the latest trends in fashion, design, tech, culture, brands and art

• You are a good collaborator - enjoy working with a team, are respectful and considerate of other people’s opinions, but also not afraid to contribute

• Ideally you have 4 - 6 years of relevant experience

• You’re proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc

• VIdeo editing is a plus!

The expected starting salary range is $75,000-$80,000.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
