  • Job duties
  1. AMHS system (OHT, STK, LIFT, EFEM, …etc) installation, adjustment and system test.
  2. Repair and troubleshooting of semiconductor automated equipment, including equipment maintenance and adjustments.
  3. System updates related to automated equipment.
  4. Log analysis, processing, and follow-up tracking of equipment to assist in repair and maintenance.
  5. Work progress communication and coordination.

    Job might involve several overseas business trips.
