Die Stelle ist auf zwei Monate befristet (01.11.2026 bis 31.12.2026) und in Vollzeit zu besetzen.

Was erwartet Sie?

  • Sie begeistern unsere Kund*innen als kompetente Ansprechperson bei Bestellungen.
  • Zusammen mit Ihrem Team sind Sie für die Annahme von telefonischen und schriftlichen Bestellungen verantwortlich.
  • Sie erfassen die Bestellungen im Warenwirtschaftssystem und sorgen für eine ordnungsgemäße Kundenstammanlage und -pflege.

Was bringen Sie mit?

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie erste Erfahrung im Kundenservice.
  • Sie bringen gute Kenntnisse in MS Office mit und haben idealerweise bereits mit einem Warenwirtschaftssystem gearbeitet.
  • Service- und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten sowie ein freundliches Auftreten im Kontakt mit Kund*innen ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und die Bereitschaft bei Bedarf Mehrarbeit zu leisten - selbstverständlich mit Zeiterfassung und Ausgleich.
