Head of Growth
About the Role
This is a senior, high-ownership position sitting at the intersection of Marketing and Product for a fast-scaling AI communication SaaS company. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the full growth funnel, a seven-figure monthly budget, and a global marketing team, making this role directly responsible for the vast majority of company revenue.
What You'll Do
Own end-to-end marketing and product-marketing initiatives spanning brand, demand generation, website, onboarding flow, and funnel optimization.
Hold full P&L accountability for a seven-figure monthly marketing budget.
Build, hire, coach, and scale a high-performing global team of marketing leaders and specialists.
Define the overall growth strategy and KPIs, and report performance directly to the CEO.
What We're Looking For
Proven track record leading and scaling a team of marketing professionals in a global growth or marketing leadership role.
Strong background in a high-growth B2B or Product-Led Growth (PLG) SaaS environment; experience at an AI company is a strong plus.
Demonstrated comfort owning and optimizing a seven-figure budget with clear revenue accountability.
Experience steering globally distributed teams across multiple markets and time zones.
Ability and willingness to work on-site in one of the company's hub cities: Vienna, Munich, Barcelona, or London (relocation support is available).
Strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves across brand, demand generation, and product-marketing.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: 150,000 to 250,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
Location
On-site role based in Munich, Germany (Bavaria), with the option to be based in Vienna, Barcelona, or London instead. Relocation support is provided.
