Content Marketing Manager
About the Role
This is a content marketing ownership role at a fast-growing AI communication platform built for small and medium-sized businesses. You will define the brand voice and content strategy for the US market, working end-to-end across the full customer journey alongside a tight-knit, ambitious team where your work will have direct and measurable impact.
What You'll Do
Own content marketing for the US market, shaping how businesses discover, understand, and trust the product.
Define brand voice across the customer journey, covering performance ads, landing pages, organic content, and product messaging.
Write and maintain website and landing page copy specifically tailored to a US audience.
Produce high-performing copy for paid channels including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
Script ad creatives for video platforms and paid social.
Create and execute organic content strategies across social media platforms.
Collaborate with creators, customers, and influencers to produce authentic, resonant content.
Use A/B testing, user research, and performance analytics to continuously improve messaging effectiveness.
Contribute to product positioning and go-to-market messaging strategy.
What We're Looking For
4+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or growth marketing.
Proven background in B2B SaaS or another fast-moving software environment.
Outstanding English writing skills tuned specifically for a US audience, with native or C2-level proficiency.
Strong grasp of performance marketing principles and conversion-focused copywriting.
Hands-on experience with analytics and A/B testing to drive content decisions.
Demonstrated ability to script video and paid social ad creatives.
Experience building and running organic social media content programs.
Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
Analytical mindset with a genuine passion for experimentation and iteration.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $70,000 to $150,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Location
On-site in New York, NY. This is not a remote role.
