Member of Commercial Staff
About the Role
This is a commercial role at a fast-moving energy software startup, sitting at the heart of the customer-facing team. You will own the full customer lifecycle, from first onboarding through to long-term satisfaction, helping the business grow while delivering real value to customers navigating complex energy markets.
What You'll Do
Build and manage relationships with new and existing customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
Develop deep product, market, and customer understanding to advise and guide customers effectively.
Own and continuously optimize the customer lifecycle, from smooth onboarding through to ongoing satisfaction and retention.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in a commercial, customer-facing, or business development role.
Strong communication and relationship-management skills, with comfort owning customer accounts independently.
Ability to develop sharp product, market, and customer insights and translate them into action.
Native German and fluent English, both are required for this role.
First experience in or genuine interest in energy markets, including emerging regulations and industry trends.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: 70,000 to 100,000 EUR annually.
