Founding Sales Development Representative
About the Role
This is the founding Sales Development Representative position on the Growth team, based on-site in Berlin. You will own pipeline generation for a voice AI platform that automates customer calls at scale, and you will help shape the sales playbook from the ground up. Strong early performance opens a clear path to full-cycle deal ownership.
What You'll Do
Generate qualified pipeline through high-volume outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn, and phone.
Identify and engage the right prospects, building and nurturing relationships over time.
Manage pipeline and maintain CRM tooling with accuracy and discipline.
Develop and refine outreach strategies to build a repeatable GTM motion.
Contribute to hiring and building out the sales team and sales playbook.
Progress into owning and closing deals end-to-end based on strong performance.
What We're Looking For
Direct sales experience in a startup or fast-moving environment, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding targets or KPIs.
Comfort running multi-channel outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, phone) and managing CRM pipelines.
Near-native German fluency (C2) and strong professional English (B2-C1).
Strong business acumen: ability to understand the problems and priorities of different companies quickly.
Hands-on, scrappy approach and willingness to do the unglamorous work that builds a pipeline.
The motivation and potential to grow rapidly into full-cycle deal ownership.
Collaborative, communicative, and hungry mindset with a low-ego disposition; this is a high-energy team environment.
Willingness to work on-site in Berlin five days a week.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: 75,000 - 120,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
