WHO WE ARE

We're a team of IIT Delhi alumni building Dalvoy AI, the only platform an aspirant needs to crack any government exam in India.

Within just a few months of launch, 1 in every 5 UPSC aspirants is already using Dalvoy for their preparation. We've raised our seed round from leading venture capital firms in India and are now building the team for our next stage of growth.

We're looking for exceptional people to join us early, take real ownership and help build India's best test-prep platform.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Build consumer products with AI at their core. Take ideas from prototype to reliable web and mobile applications, owning the frontend, backend, LLM integrations and agent workflows that make them work.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Take product requirements from prototype to production across frontend, backend, databases and iOS/Android apps.
• Build LLM applications with API integrations, prompt and context engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) where useful.
• Build agent workflows and execution harnesses, including tool calling, state management, orchestration and recovery from failures.
• Own automated testing, AI evaluations, CI/CD and production monitoring. Improve performance, reliability, security and operating costs as usage grows.
• Use AI coding tools to accelerate delivery while reviewing and verifying their output. Maintain code and systems that can be extended over time.
• Identify opportunities for internal automation, build reusable tools and learn new technologies as requirements change.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Experience shipping production web and mobile applications used by real customers, with ownership across frontend, backend and databases.
• Hands-on experience building LLM applications or agent workflows beyond prototypes.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and independent problem-solving ability. You can explain design choices, diagnose failures and maintain what you build.

AI FLUENCY

Hands-on experience with Claude, Codex or comparable tools to automate workflows, check outputs and improve efficiency is required.
