Job context

Damen Song Cam Shipyardis aproductionfacility deliveringvarious Damen ship types. Basic designs and main components are delivered to DSCS by Damen ShipyardsGorinchem. DSCS will providethe detailedengineering,and information for the supply chain and production.

Facility and Maintenance departmentis one ofProjects department of Damen Song Cam shipyard and is undersupervision ofManager Projects. Facility and Maintenance department consists of following sub-departments:

- Maintenance

- Facility

- Security

PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB/ MỤC ĐÍCH VÀ PHẠM VI CÔNG VIỆC

Production never stops,focuson preventive maintenance and tool management.

Maintenance is a service provider.

All objects(buildings,landscaping,systems,equipmentand tools) areallocatedto individual users. User has the responsibility of daily maintenance andis responsible forthe physical and functional integrity of theallocatedobjects.

In case of a breakdown,userswill informthemaintenance call center.

In case of preventive maintenance,thecall center will announce the usersand provide alternative objects.

Facility hasto be keptata state of art.

Key responsibilities

+)Assist tocontrol objectson:

- Object registrationin IFS.

-Preparingrequiredlegislationsofobjects.

-Buildingeffectivepreventivemaintenaneplanwith frequency,requiredmaterial list, job list,neededmanhours.

-Printing all WObefore conducting maintenance activities.

- Updating WO status and results in time.

-Continuing improving preventivemaintnenanceplan.

- Build allkindof KPIreports on maintenance.

-Supportingto improvequality ofcorrectivemaintenancebyanalyzingKPIand consulting better qualifiedtools and equipment.

- Support inprocessof liquidation of objects.

+)Control and superviseservice suppliersatthe yard.

+)Support to build practical forms related to maintenance.

+) Control materialsofM&F department.

+)Support to keep the facilities at a state of art.

-Buildingmaintenance plan for all construction itemswith drawings, BOQ, budget,methodand allstipulated requirements.

- Controlling and supervising all projects,activitesofinsfrastructures.

-Operatingelectricalsystem.

- Operatingfirealarm system.

- Build reportsandanalyzetooptimizethe systems.

- Control energy consumption;consult to save, reduce cost ofconsumption.

- Control landscaping activities, records,improvements.

Other activities will berequiredand controlled by the manager.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Đào tạo

M.A ontechnicalfields./bằng Đạihọcchuyênmônkỹthuật.

Higher professional education/experience.

Cókinhnghiệm/ trìnhđộchuyênmôncao.

Experience/Kinhnghiệm

Microsoft officesoftwares./cácphầnmềmvănphòng.

AutoCADdrawing./VẽAutoCAD.

At least2 yearexperience in the same position.
