Funzione:Finance & Controlling

Per il potenziamento della funzione Finance, Damiani Groupè alla ricerca di un/una Business Controllerda inserire presso la sede di Mendrisio.

Responsabilità

  • Analisi delle performance economico-finanziarie e degli scostamenti rispetto al budget.

  • Analisi di costi, ricavi e marginalità.

  • Supporto nello sviluppo di budget, forecast e business plan del Gruppo.

  • Predisposizione di reportistica e KPI per il management.

  • Elaborazione di analisi ad hoc a supporto delle decisioni aziendali.

  • Utilizzo di Python/AI per analisi dati e automazione dei processi.

Requisiti

  • Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline affini.

  • Esperienza di 1-2 anni in ambito Controllo di Gestione, Business Controlling o FP&A.

  • Solida conoscenza di Excel.

  • Esperienza nell’utilizzo di Python e/o AI.

  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2 o superiore).

  • Ottime capacità analitiche e di riconciliazione dei dati.

  • Precisione, autonomia e predisposizione al lavoro di team.

Plus:conoscenza di Power BI, SQL o esperienza in contesti internazionali.
