The Senior Finance Supervisor will be responsible for supporting to handle Finance Analysis and accounting work for CN manufacturing site.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead, coach and develop the finance team through regular one-to-one meetings and career-development conversations. Track individual performance goals, strengthen employee engagement, and coordinate cross-functional talent and succession development.
• 管理并辅导财务团队，开展定期一对一沟通及职业发展对话; 跟踪团队成员绩效目标，提升员工敬业度; 协调跨部门人才培养与梯队建设。
• Submit monthly working-capital actuals, forecasts and trend analysis to global. Drive improvements in inventory turnover and days payable outstanding (DPO).
• 按月向总部提交营运资金实际、预测及趋势分析; 推动库存周转率和应付账款周转天数改善。
• Own the rolling forecast for manufacturing overhead, lead mid-month reviews, and communicate changes with cost-center owners. Explain key financial results to the General Manager; and lead the annual budget preparation.
• 负责制造费用滚动预测，组织月中复盘并与成本中心负责人沟通变化; 编制运营及L2 Bowler，向总经理解释关键财务表现; 牵头年度预算编制。
• Control the month-end close process and timetable. Lead monthly balance sheet reviews and ensure an accurate, timely close with no material unresolved issues.
• 管控月末结账流程及进度，组织月度资产负债表审阅，确保关账及时、准确且无重大遗留事项。
• Review monthly, quarterly and annual tax and statutory reporting; maintain finance SOPs; support internal and external audits and annual corporate income tax settlement; and ensure compliance with group accounting policies and local tax regulations.
• 复核月度、季度及年度税务和法定报告，维护财务SOP; 配合内部审计及外部审计，支持企业所得税汇算清缴; 确保会计处理符合集团会计政策及当地税务法规。
• Monitor transfer-pricing margin trends and escalate promptly when results approach management thresholds. Prepare detailed inputs for TPA calculations, scenario analysis and annual transfer-pricing documentation.
• 持续监控转让定价利润率趋势，在接近管理阈值时及时预警; 准备TPA测算、情景分析及年度转让定价文档所需数据。

The essential requirements of the job include:

• University degree, major in finance, business administration or related field;
• 财务，经济相关专业的本科;
• Minimum 8 years working experience including at least 2 years’ finance supervisor related work.
• 8年以上财务相关工作经历，至少包括2年以上财务主管经验;
• Oral English skill
• 流利的英语口语;
• Ability to work with high self-motivation, be sensitive to numbers and the capacity to work in a changeable environment
• 有很强的自我激励能力，对数字敏感，能在多变的环境中工作
• Well developed inter-personal skills and good communication skill. Strong business partnering and teamwork mindset.
• 良好的人际交往能力和良好的沟通技巧, 具有良好的合作和团队精神。

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

· Oracle and HFM experience preferred

· ACCA, CPA and other professional certificate
