At Danfoss Drives, you’ll help build the embedded software that powers advanced variable frequency drive technologies used across industries worldwide. As part of a global engineering team, you’ll work across the embedded software stack, from low-level platform components to application-layer functionality. What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and develop embedded software solutions in C/C++ to deliver high-quality, reliable, and high-performance products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate, test, debug, and continuously improve embedded solutions throughout the product lifecycle.
• Translate technical requirements into scalable software architectures that support robust and maintainable product development.
• Drive agile ways of working by helping teams prioritize effectively, remove obstacles, and deliver value efficiently.
• Contribute across the software stack from low-level drivers to application functionality, enabling dependable solutions for industrial applications.

What We're Looking For

• Strong expertise in embedded C/C++ development and building software for microcontroller-based systems.
• Hands-on experience with embedded architectures and low-level software, including drivers, hardware abstraction layers, real-time systems, interrupts, memory management, and peripheral interfaces.
• Proven ability to design robust software solutions, apply object-oriented design principles, and solve complex technical challenges across hardware and software domains.
• Experience with modern development and debugging practices, including Git, structured testing, and embedded debugging tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment and continuously learn new technologies and development approaches.
