The Impact You'll Make

Shape how AI transforms HR and the employee experience at Danfoss. As an HR AI Solutions Specialist in our new AI Hub in Sofia, you’ll turn real HR and business challenges into practical AI solutions that make work simpler, improve decisions, and create better experiences for employees and managers.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll have end-to-end ownership. You’ll move from identifying opportunities and rapidly testing ideas to deploying AI agents, copilots, automations, and workflows and measuring the impact they create.

You’ll work at the intersection of HR, AI, data, and technology, collaborating with experts and stakeholders across the organization while experimenting with emerging technologies and turning promising ideas into scalable solutions.

The job is planned as hybrid.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner with HR, business, IT, and data teams to identify and prioritize AI and automation opportunities that solve meaningful business problems.
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents, copilots, automations, and agentic workflows, taking solutions from idea to implementation.
• Rapidly create prototypes, proofs of concept, and MVPs using AI-assisted development, low-code tools, and enterprise technologies.
• Build and extend AI capabilities using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Databricks, and SAP SuccessFactors, integrating solutions with relevant systems, data, and HR processes.
• Ensure solutions meet security, data privacy, AI governance, and EU AI Act requirements, while using adoption data, business impact, and user feedback to continuously improve them.

What We're Looking For

• You bring 3+ years of experience building and deploying AI solutions, ideally within HR or a related area. Relevant university project experience can also contribute to this experience.
• You have hands-on experience with AI agents, workflow automation, low-code platforms, rapid prototyping, and AI-assisted development.
• You understand key HR processes and systems, such as workforce administration, recruitment, learning, talent management, payroll, or people analytics.
• You have a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• You communicate confidently in English and can make technical concepts clear and useful for non-technical stakeholders.
