Experienced Full-stack Engineer (React + .NET)

The Operational Information Governance team at Danske Bank is looking for a Full-stack Engineer to help shape how the bank manages and accesses critical business information. You will build intelligent, AI-enabled solutions that improve processes and decision-making across the organisation, working with a modern technology stack in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.

What you will be doing

You will join a team working within Enterprise Process Management, building applications that support business processes, information quality, and compliance. The team works closely with Product Owners, architects, data specialists, and business stakeholders, creating an environment where technical ideas are valued and good engineering practices are shared. You will contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the direction of solutions that matter to the wider organisation.

In your day-to-day work, you will:

• Design and develop modern web applications using React and .NET
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
• Build and maintain integrations with internal and external platforms
• Design and implement automated testing strategies to ensure quality delivery
• Review code and mentor other engineers through guidance and best practices
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and engineering productivity
• Contribute to the design of AI-powered solutions, including integrations with Large Language Models

About you

• 4 to 5 or more years of professional full-stack development experience
• Strong experience with React and modern front-end development practices
• Strong experience with .NET and backend application development
• Experience designing cloud-native solutions, preferably in AWS
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices
• Clear communicator who collaborates well with technical and non-technical colleagues

If you have worked with AI-enabled applications, Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, vector databases, or AI orchestration frameworks, that would be a welcome addition. Familiarity with Microsoft Foundry, AWS Bedrock, or similar AI platforms, as well as experience in Agile product teams, would also be beneficial.

What we offer you

Monthly salary range from 4960 EUR to 7440 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
