AI Solution Architect (pharma; 100% remote)

We are looking for an experienced AI Architect to shape and scale an enterprise platform for building and running AI-powered agents.The role will focus on agent architecture, technical standards, integrations, and guardrails across AWS Bedrock AgentCore, Langflow, VS Code, and n8n. The platform is already in production and operates in a regulated pharmaceutical environment, where security, governance, reliability, and responsible AI are critical..

Zakres obowiązków

• Own the target architecture, technical standards, and reference patterns for AI agents across the platform.
• Define architectures for single- and multi-agent systems, orchestration, tool calling, memory, human-in-the-loop workflows, RAG, and enterprise integrations.
• Provide architectural guidance across AgentCore, Langflow, VS Code, and n8n, helping teams select the right approach for each use case.
• Define how agents interact with LLMs, model gateways, APIs, enterprise systems, databases, knowledge sources, MCP servers, and tools.
• Establish best practices for the agent lifecycle: development, testing, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and versioning.
• Define guardrails for security, identity, authorization, secrets, data access, model usage, and multi-tenant isolation.
• Ensure strong observability through logging, tracing, metrics, execution visibility, and model/token cost attribution.
• Support engineering teams with complex agentic use cases and validate architectural patterns against real user needs.
• Treat developer experience - templates, CLI, documentation, and reference implementations - as part of the architecture.
• Evaluate emerging agent frameworks, protocols, models, and technologies and contribute to platform roadmap decisions.

Wymagania

Expectations

• Strong experience designing production-grade AI / LLM applications and agentic systems.
• Strong software engineering background, including Python, APIs, distributed systems, testing, and application lifecycle management.
• Experience with agent and workflow frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Langflow, n8n, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or similar.
• Strong understanding of LLM integration, including prompts, structured outputs, tool calling, context management, model selection, and token usage.
• Understanding of MCP, reusable agent tools, and safe integration with enterprise capabilities.
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector/semantic search, retrieval strategies, and enterprise knowledge sources.
• Cloud architecture experience, preferably AWS, including containers, networking, IAM, scalability, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong understanding of AI security risks including prompt injection, data leakage, excessive tool permissions, and uncontrolled agent actions.
• Experience designing multi-tenant environments with appropriate identity, data, secrets, network, and cost isolation.
• Understanding of observability and evaluation for agents, including traces, tool/model calls, latency, cost, failures, and task quality.
• Familiarity with validation, auditability, data classification, and change control in regulated environments.
