About project

We are looking for a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for defining data contracts, acquiring and transforming data, building analytical aggregates, and delivering actionable recommendations that influence product strategy and growth.

Job responsibilities

• Define and maintain data contracts for new product initiatives

• Design and develop data pipelines and ETL processes

• Analyze user behavior and clickstream data to identify product opportunities

• Build datasets and analytical models supporting business decisions

• Create reports and dashboards for Product Managers and stakeholders

• Deliver recommendations based on data insights to support product development
  
  

Expectations

• Very good knowledge of SQL

• Experience building and maintaining ETL processes

• Experience with clickstream analysis

• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio (Data Studio), or similar

• Fluent Polish (native level)

• English at B2+ level

• Nice to have: Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

• Nice to have: Experience with Python for data processing and analytics

• Nice to have: Experience in product analytics within e-commerce environments
