AdOps Data & Audience Specialist

Role Summary

We are looking for an Identity & Audience Solutions Specialist with strong AdTech experience across identity resolution, audience addressability and activation.

The ideal candidate should understand how first-party audience data and identifiers can be connected across web, mobile app and CTV, resolved into unified audience profiles, enriched with third-party data, and activated through CDPs, ad servers and programmatic platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess user identifiers, identity architecture, audience data flows and activation capabilities across digital properties.
• Design identity resolution approaches for both anonymous and registered users across web, app and CTV.
• Work with identifiers such as hashed email, device IDs, MAIDs, ECID, UID2, publisher/account IDs and CTV IDs.
• Support cross-device and cross-brand identity resolution and creation of unified audience profiles.
• Work with CDP platforms to build audience segments and activate them across advertising and marketing destinations.
• Connect audience segments to platforms such as FreeWheel, GAM, DSPs, SSPs and paid media platforms.
• Analyze identity match rates, audience overlap, addressable reach and activation gaps.
• Support third-party audience enrichment and identity matching using platforms such as Experian or similar data providers.
• Support audience activation for Direct, PMP, Programmatic and CTV advertising use cases.
• Work with Data, Engineering, AdOps and business teams to translate identity and audience requirements into scalable solutions.

Requirements:

• 5-7+ years of experience in AdTech, identity solutions, audience data or programmatic advertising.
• Strong understanding of identity resolution, identity graphs and audience addressability.
• Experience handling identity across web, mobile applications and CTV/streaming environments.
• Experience with CDP/audience platforms such as Hightouch, Tealium, Segment, mParticle, Adobe RTCDP, Treasure Data or similar.
• Experience with identity solutions such as UID2, LiveRamp, Experian, Neustar or similar.
• Good understanding of FreeWheel, Google Ad Manager, SSPs, DSPs and programmatic advertising workflows.
• Understanding of first-party data, third-party enrichment, anonymous-user identity and audience activation.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery or Redshift.
• Strong problem-solving and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience translating audience/identity capabilities into publisher monetization use cases such as Direct audience targeting, PMP deals, CTV targeting and audience-based advertising products.

Good to Have:

Experience with Hightouch, Databricks, FreeWheel, Experian, UID2, LiveRamp, Piano, Zephr, Clean rooms, CTV identity or cross-brand identity resolution would be an added advantage.
