Client Delivery Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Client Delivery Manager to lead client-facing business development programs across US and global markets.

The role will own client account delivery, revenue/pipeline targets, team performance, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of B2B sales/business development experience, including managing 25+ member teams and proven quota-carrying responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Revenue Delivery:

• Own business development delivery and commercial outcomes for assigned client accounts.
• Drive client-defined quota, pipeline, meetings, opportunities, and revenue targets.
• Develop account-specific ICP, prospecting, outreach, and engagement strategies.
• Conduct regular client reviews, share insights, and drive corrective actions.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, coach, and manage 25+ BD/SDR professionals.
• Set targets, monitor KPIs, conduct 1:1s, and drive performance.
• Build team capability across prospecting, objection handling, qualification, discovery, and appointment setting.
• Manage performance, productivity, and career development.

Outbound & Discovery:

• Lead multi-channel outbound programs across email, LinkedIn, and voice.
• Oversee voice outbound, appointment setting, and prospect qualification.
• Coach teams on and participate in discovery calls via Google Meet and other virtual platforms.
• Ensure qualified opportunities are effectively handed over to client sales teams.

GTM Technology:

• Leverage modern sales and GTM platforms including Clay, Amplemarket, Rox, Apollo, Outreach, HubSpot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Drive automation, enrichment, personalization, sequencing, CRM hygiene, and reporting.

Client Stakeholder Management:

• Act as a trusted business partner to client Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams.
• Present performance, pipeline, insights, challenges, and action plans.
• Manage escalations and ensure delivery against SLAs and KPIs.

Required Qualifications:

• 8-10 years in B2B Sales, Business Development, SDR/BDR, Inside Sales, or Demand Generation.
• Proven experience managing 25+ member teams.
• Demonstrated quota-carrying and revenue/pipeline ownership.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management experience.
• Experience with outbound, voice calling, appointment setting, and discovery.
• Strong people leadership, mentoring, coaching, and performance- management skills.
• Experience with US/global markets.
• Strong understanding of enterprise prospecting, ABM, consultative selling, and pipeline management.

Preferred:

• Experience in AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, Digital Media, or Technology Services.
• Experience managing outsourced/managed-service client programs.
• Experience with Clay, Amplemarket, Rox, HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, or Sales Navigator.
• Experience with enterprise/ABM prospecting.
