Agentforce Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Agentforce Developer with 4+ years of Salesforce platform development experience and 1+ years of hands-on experience building AI-powered agents and automation solutions.

In this role, you will design, build, and deploy intelligent agents using Salesforce Agentforce, driving automation across sales, service, and revenue workflows (including quoting, billing, and subscriptions). You will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and functional teams to deliver scalable, AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Agent Development: Design and develop autonomous AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce to automate business processes across sales, service, and revenue operations.
• Logic & Behavior Configuration: Build and configure agent topics, actions, and instructions to define agent behavior and decision-making logic.
• Revenue Cloud Integration: Integrate Agentforce agents with Salesforce data, including Revenue Cloud objects such as CPQ, Billing, and Subscription Management where applicable.
• Custom Integrations: Develop integrations with external APIs and third-party systems using Salesforce Flow, Apex, OmniStudio, and MuleSoft.
• Data Grounding & Prompts: Develop and maintain Prompt Templates and ground agents with relevant enterprise data using Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to translate business requirements into agent design specifications.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing and performance testing, and participate in UAT for Agentforce deployments.
• Safety & Performance Monitoring: Monitor and fine-tune agent performance, safety guardrails, and hallucination controls.
• Documentation: Maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, data flow diagrams, integration specifications, and agent configuration guides.
• Continuous Learning: Stay current with Salesforce AI, Einstein, Agentforce, and Revenue Cloud product releases, capabilities, and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

• Salesforce AI Suite: Strong proficiency in Salesforce Agentforce (Agent Builder, topics, actions, instructions), Einstein Copilot, Einstein Prompt Builder, and Einstein Studio.
• AI Concepts: Solid understanding of Large Language Model (LLM) concepts, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Core Salesforce Development: Proficiency in Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and Salesforce Flow.
• OmniStudio: Hands-on experience with OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
• Data & Revenue Models: Working knowledge of Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Billing, or Subscription Management (or similar vertical cloud architectures).
• Salesforce Data Cloud: Familiarity with Data Cloud for agent grounding and real-time data access.
• API Integrations: Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and external system connectivity.
• Problem Solving: Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications:
  • Salesforce Agentforce Specialist
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II
  • Salesforce AI Associate or AI Specialist
• Methodologies: Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Ecosystem Experience: Prior exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or working within a Salesforce SI Partner practice delivering Agentforce pilots.
• Integration & Industry Alignment: Familiarity with MuleSoft. Exposure to Media Cloud, ad sales, broadcast, or digital publishing workflows is a strong plus.

In this role, you will be strictly required to uphold our Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies in alignment with ISO/IEC 27001 standards. Responsibilities include safeguarding sensitive asset data, completing mandatory security awareness training, reporting potential security incidents or vulnerabilities immediately, and ensuring daily operations comply with rigorous data protection protocols.
