We are a Czech scale-up that developed its own product a few years ago - a platform connecting merchants with banks and their clients. Dateio is a fast-growing fintech that is setting new standards in performance marketing through data-driven customer interactions. Our Dateio Platform is one of Europe’s leading payment data platforms: It connects 19 banks with more than 600 merchants and reaches around 10 million customers across seven countries through our rewards program embedded in banking apps, enabling retail merchants to deliver highly personalized and relevant offers to end customers based on their actual purchasing data. Our unique, granular data foundation across different market participants provides retailers with market insights they have long been looking for but have previously had little access to. This data-driven view of consumers and markets forms the basis for relevant partnerships and provides a strong starting point for conversations with retailers.

How does our team work?

You will become part of a dynamic, internationally oriented team and work closely with colleagues across DACH and Europe. At the same time, you will benefit from a team with experience from renowned companies, top-notch consultancies and banks. You will be supported by our experts in Marketing and Data, who will work closely with you to ensure that your sales process runs as efficiently and successfully as possible.

What will be your mission?

You will take operational and strategic responsibility for our business with relevant affiliate networks in Germany and Austria.

At the same time, you will actively support our Country Managers for Germany and Austria in direct partnerships with retail merchants, thereby playing a key role in the continued growth of our DACH business.

You will play an important liaison role between local sales teams (in Germany and Austria) and Prague-based head office support teams (such as those responsible for data analysis, solution design, product development, or the technical launch and management of campaigns).

How do we imagine you?

2+ years of relevant experience in Business Development,Enterprise Sales, Key Account Management, Partnerships, or a similar commercial role. Knowledge of affiliate/ e-commerce business is a plus.

Experience managing affiliate networks, including building relationships, negotiating commercial terms and driving joint growth.

Understanding of consultative / solution-based selling, with the ability to connect customer needs with data, technology and business value.

Experience working with senior commercial stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, CRM, Digital or Customer departments.

Fluent German and English;based in or with strong professional experience in the DACH region. Czech language is an advantage.
