Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across both customer acquisition and existing-client channels.

This is a hands-on role covering paid advertising, lead generation, CRM, email, SMS, WhatsApp, automation, analytics, conversion, retention and reactivation. Experience in forex, CFDs, fintech, financial services, crypto, payments, iGaming or other high-volume digital acquisition businesses is a strong advantage.

This is a fully remote position. As the role requires close collaboration with the Malta-based team, candidates must be able to work with working hours that align with the Malta time zone.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Advertising & Paid Acquisition: Plan, launch, manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across channels including but not limited to:

· Google Ads

· Meta Ads - Facebook & Instagram

· TikTok Ads

Continuously monitor and optimize CPC, CPL, cost per registration, CPA, first-time depositor cost, conversion rate, ROAS and customer acquisition cost. Identify underperforming campaigns quickly and reallocate budgets toward stronger audiences, creatives, geographies and channels.

Email Marketing: Plan, build and execute email marketing campaigns targeting different stages of the customer lifecycle, including:

· New prospect campaigns

· Registration follow-ups

· KYC completion campaigns

· Non-depositor and deposit campaigns

· Client activation and trading-activity campaigns

· Dormant-client reactivation

· Product launches, educational content and promotions

· Loyalty campaigns

· Events and webinars

· IB and affiliate communications

· Client retention campaigns

Own audience segmentation, subject lines, email copy, templates, calls to action, scheduling, deliverability, A/B testing and campaign reporting. Track delivery rate, open rate, CTR, conversion, unsubscribe rate, deposit conversion and revenue generated per campaign.

WhatsApp & Messaging Campaigns: Work with approved WhatsApp Business platforms and CRM automation tools to develop structured messaging journeys such as welcome flows, registration follow-up, non-depositor flows, dormant-client reactivation, client support-to-sales journeys, IB onboarding, partner activation and promotional campaigns.

Marketing Automation: Help design and operate automated marketing workflows using triggers based on actions such as:

· Registration

· KYC completion

· First deposit

· Deposit failure

· No deposit

· First trade

· Trading inactivity

· Withdrawal

Campaign Strategy & Execution: Turn marketing objectives into structured campaigns.

The Digital Marketing Specialist is expected to take ownership from campaign planning through execution and reporting.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional digital marketing experience

• Fluent in English and Spanish

• Strong experience managing paid advertising campaigns

• Strong experience with email marketing, SMS or messaging campaigns

• Experience with CRM or marketing automation

• Strong understanding of digital funnels

• Experience with audience segmentation and retargeting

• Experience working with campaign KPIs and budgets

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
