Responsibilities:
Design and develop data architecture based on AWS Redshift and AWS Glue
Design the Semantic Data Spine and a semantic layer consistent across multiple products and clients
Data modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake, Data Vault) with a focus on performance and scalability
Define governance, data quality, and security standards (including GDPR compliance)
Optimize query performance and manage Redshift resources (distribution styles, sort keys, WLM)
Design and oversee ETL/ELT pipelines (AWS Glue, Redshift Spectrum, data integration)
Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and architects to implement solutions aligned with the target architecture
Support migration of data from legacy systems into the AWS environment
Requirements:
AWS Certified Solutions Architect- Professional
6+ years of experience in data architecture
Hands-on, production-level experience with Amazon Redshift (Provisioned and/or Serverless)
Experience with AWS Glue and the broader AWS ecosystem (S3, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch)
Ability to design data models and modeling standards
Experience designing data pipelines and data lakes
Professional-level English enabling smooth business communication
Nice to have:
AWS Certified Data Engineer- Associate
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools
Experience migrating on-premise data warehouses to Redshift
Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, QuickSight, Power BI)
