Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior C++ Developer with strong FX domain expertise to join our technology team in Kraków. The end client is a leading global financial services organization specializing in wealth management, investment banking, and asset management, with a strong focus on innovation, technology, and delivering secure, high-performance solutions for global markets. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in building high-performance, low-latency, real-time systems and a strong understanding of foreign exchange (FX) trading platforms, lifecycle processes, and risk management systems.
You will work on mission-critical applications, designing and developing scalable solutions that support complex financial workflows in a fast-paced trading environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ applications for FX trading and risk management platforms.
Build and optimize low-latency, multi-threaded, real-time systems.
Work closely with business, product, and technology teams to deliver robust trading solutions.
Apply strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and system design principles to solve complex technical challenges.
Develop and enhance applications supporting FX trade lifecycle processes.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide L3 application support.
Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
Implement best practices around software development, testing, deployment, and CI/CD processes.
Collaborate with global teams in an agile development environment.

7+ years of professional software development experience with strong C++ expertise.
