Fully Remote (Poland) | Up to 1.700 PLN/day | B2B Contract

We are looking for a Senior EMEA Cloud Platform & Infrastructure Engineer to join an advanced AI and Customer Experience engineering initiative. You will play a key role in building and scaling next-generation AI-driven customer experience platforms, leveraging Google Cloud technologies and Generative AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop advanced AI agents using Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience, Gemini models, and CXAS, with focus on reasoning, grounding, and tool-use capabilities

• Lead migration of legacy conversational systems (Dialogflow CX, Playbooks, third-party bots) to modern generative AI architectures

• Design and implement Agent Assist solutions (Generative Knowledge Assist, Proactive GKA, AI Coach, Live Translation) and leverage CCAI Insights for analytics and optimization

• Integrate AI agents with CCaaS/telephony platforms (Genesys, Cisco, Avaya) and CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk) via APIs and middleware

• Build and optimize prompt engineering and orchestration layers for accuracy, safety, and brand alignment

• Design and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using enterprise knowledge sources

• Manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation using Terraform and infrastructure-as-code principles

• Establish Agent Ops practices, including monitoring performance (latency, accuracy, safety, customer satisfaction) and continuous improvement

• Collaborate with CX leads and product teams to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

• 7+ years of experience in technical client services

• Experience designing and implementing cloud-based architectures

• Strong expertise in Large Language Models (especially Gemini) and conversational AI platforms (CXAS, Dialogflow)

• Advanced programming skills in Python (AI orchestration experience preferred)

• Experience building and consuming REST APIs

• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (preferably Google Cloud Platform)

• Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Vertex AI Search) and SQL/NoSQL systems

• Understanding of enterprise security, PII handling, and AI safety principles

• Google Cloud certifications (Architect, Machine Learning, Networking, etc.)

• Experience with CCaaS platforms (Genesys, Cisco, Avaya) and telephony protocols (SIP, WebRTC)

• Hands-on experience with Vertex AI, Dialogflow CX, Agent Assist, and CCAI Insights

• Strong DevOps / AgentOps background with CI/CD automation

• Experience delivering AI solutions from prototype to production at enterprise scale

• Knowledge of identity management, encryption, and enterprise security practices

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Programming experience in Java, Go, or C++ in addition to Python
