As a Senior Marketing and Experimentation Data Analyst, you will leverage your expertise to directly impact the marketing strategy and growth of our 16 markets by delivering actionable insights and advanced analytics solutions. In this role, you’ll work as an embedded thought-partner with senior marketing stakeholders to influence strategy and marketing tactics, mentor junior analysts, and leverage AI to build the future of marketing analytics. This is a high-visibility position that plays a pivotal role in data-driven decision-making.

• Strategic Marketing Analysis: Design and execute robust analytical methodologies, including designing A/B or geo tests, developing ML and causal inference models, and descriptive analysis techniques in order to measure incremental ROI and make actionable recommendations regarding marketing spend optimization and tactical execution of marketing initiatives
• Stakeholder Engagement & Influence: Collaborate closely with senior marketing partners to understand strategic objectives, recommend analytics solutions, negotiate priorities, and present insights. Comfortable presenting at leadership forums and driving alignment across teams
• Advanced Data Modeling & Measurement: Define measurement frameworks and metric definitions for key marketing levers; Lead the development of complex SQL models to implement and transform massive datasets into actionable insights using tools like BigQuery and dbt.
• Strategic Reporting & Visualization: Design and build compelling, user-friendly data assets including both traditional dashboards (e.g. Looker, Tableau) and agentic solutions (e.g. root-cause analysis agents) that facilitate decision-making for business leaders.
• Mentorship & Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, enhancing their technical skills and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• AI-Driven Analytics & Automation: Identify, design, and implement AI-powered solutions that transform how marketing analytics operates - including agentic workflows (e.g. root-cause analysis agents, automated anomaly detection), LLM-assisted insight generation, and prompt-engineered pipelines. Translate repeatable analyst workflows into scalable AI tools. Act as a driver of AI adoption within the team, setting standards and upskilling junior analysts.

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data analytics with a strong focus on SQL, python, data modeling, and data visualization.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Marketing, Growth, Brand, or similar teams, with a track record of influencing marketing leadership and driving marketing optimizations via actionable, data-backed recommendations.
• Strong technical depth in SQL and Python, with experience in statistical modeling, experimentation (A/B testing/causal inference), and building scalable data products or analytical solutions, ideally in AI-first environments.
• Exceptional problem-solving in ambiguous environments, with the ability to structure complex business problems and translate insights into clear decisions and actions.
• Experience leading or mentoring other analysts, with an ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders, influencing without authority, and driving alignment across cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work independently on complex projects and deliver high-impact results in a fast-paced environment.
