Consultant, Strategic Business Development
Our Corporate Development and Strategy team is at the heart of Dell Technologies. It deals with a wide range of initiatives including new business opportunities, mergers & acquisitions, partnerships, alliancesand joint ventures. Providing leadership in design, planningand due diligence, they lead the corporate development of our global business to help achieve our long-term growth objectives. They also keep us ahead of the curve by analyzing trends and developments in markets and technology before translating them into strategic operational plans.
What you’llachieve:
As a Consultant, you will support deal analyses, prepare decision materials, and coordinate execution activities. You will translate data into insights and maintaindisciplined documentation.

You will:
- Conduct target screening and benchmarking; synthesize findings.
- Develop dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
- Support diligence with data rooms, checklists, and issue logs.
- Draft communication packs for approvals and status updates.

Essential Requirements
- 12+ years of related experience
- Strong analytical and writing skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with market research and basic valuation methods.
- Comfort collaborating with legal/finance/IT stakeholders.
- Professional presence and clear communication.
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- TOGAF or Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt
