You will:
Own end-to-end publishing operations, including intake, QA, metadata, links, translations, updates, archival, and launch readiness.
Partner with content owners, product marketers, web teams, and platform owners to move assets from request to reliable publication.
Establish publishing standards, templates, SLAs, and quality controls so content is accurate, discoverable, and on time.
Govern content structure and metadata across CMS, digital asset management, knowledge, and seller-facing platforms.
Use AI and workflow tools to classify requests, validate metadata and links, identify duplicate or outdated assets, and route exceptions.
Translate operational pain points into requirements for AI agents, automations, integrations, and process improvements.
Build feedback loops that connect publishing issues and AI response quality back to improvements in source content and metadata.

Essential Requirements
5+ years of experience in content operations, marketing operations, digital experience, business operations, program management, or a related field.
Experience managing content through enterprise CMS, digital asset management, knowledge management, or seller-facing platforms.
Strong operational judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage high-volume requests without losing sight of quality or business impact.
Hands-on experience improving workflows through automation, AI tools, low-code platforms, or process redesign and ability to connect content, metadata, systems, search, and AI experiences.
Strong project and stakeholder management skills across teams with different priorities.
Desirable Requirements
Experience with SharePoint, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager, Content Studio, digital asset management platforms, Microsoft Lists, Power Automate, or similar tools and experience supporting content ingestion, search, knowledge bases, AI assistants, or enterprise chatbot experiences.
Familiarity with APIs, structured data, metadata models, workflow triggers, and data-quality practices, experience coordinating global or translated marketing content and Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, information systems, or a related discipline.
