What you'll achieve

As a Tech Lead - Full Stack, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and evolution of data orchestration modules and AI-driven applications. You will work closely with engineering, data, ML, and GenAI teams to build scalable, reliable, and high-performing systems that drive business impact and innovation.

You will:

• Lead the technical design and implementation of data-intensive, AI-powered applications and platform capabilities.
• Own end-to-end development across the technology stack, driving architecture, code quality, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and ML engineers to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across multiple domains and services.
• Drive technical excellence through hands-on development, code reviews, mentoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Requirements

·Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

·7+ years of backend development experience, including 5+ years designing and building high-scale, data-intensive applications and AI systems.

·Strong expertise in TypeScript and Node.js, with hands-on experience using modern web frameworks such as React or Vue.js.

·Experience with AI and data orchestration frameworks (e.g., MLflow, Airflow) and containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.

·Strong ownership, problem-solving, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience working in fast-paced, AI-first development environments.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and influencing architectural decisions.
• Exposure to Generative AI technologies, LLM-based applications, and modern MLOps practices.
