From applied research to advanced engineering, the Engineering Technologist team has the expertise to shape ground-breaking products, material and processes. It’s a fascinating field of work. We’re involved in assessing the competition, developing technology and product strategies and generating intellectual property. We lead technology investigations, analyze industry capabilities and recommend potential acquisitions or vendor partner opportunities. Our insights influence product architecture and definitions. Lead the development of end-to-end Power and/or Thermal solutions from the server to data center, such as air and liquid cooled servers, Transformers, bus bar, PDU, CDU, integrated rack solutions for deployment into the complete range of data center environments
Innovate power-saving solutions to increasingly dense IT deployments
Optimize cost, energy efficiency and performance of compute at server, rack and row scales·
Work closely with key external partners to create differentiated solutions
Clearly communicate complex thermal system concepts to customers, colleagues and upper management.

Essential Requirements
Advanced working knowledge of key Thermal and/or Power technologies.
Experience with data center power distribution, generation or consumption technologies from server to Rack to data hall
Possess knowledge of and relationships with key suppliers of data center Power management components
Able to take a concept to product
Willingness and ability to negotiate competing interests and priorities to achieve the best possible outcome for all stakeholders.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Customer and partner project/program leadership experience
Desirable Requirements
Must have the ability to understand competitive and business needs while developing technical solutions.
Ability to assess customer requirements & develop blueprint based on customer geographical area (travelling 25%-30%).
