IT Project Manager

We are looking for aIT Project Manager to work in this hybrid project in Lisbon.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field;
• 5 to 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT Services, Managed Services, or Service Delivery environments;
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies;
• Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams in international or matrix environments;
• Good understanding of service delivery models, SLAs, KPIs, and operational governance;
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have:

• Project Management certification;
• Experience working with global clients and distributed teams;
• Background in IT Operations, Application Support, Infrastructure, or Cloud-based services;
• Knowledge of ITIL or service management frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT Managed Services projects and service engagements from initiation through delivery and transition to steady-state operations;
• Act as the primary liaison with clients, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and high levels of customer satisfaction;
• Plan, monitor, and control project scope, schedule, budget, and quality, ensuring delivery aligned with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and service expectations;
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical teams, operations, vendors, and internal stakeholdersIdentify, assess, and mitigate project and operational risks, escalating issues and proposing solutions when required;
• Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency, performance, and value delivered to clients;
• Support service transitions, onboarding of new clients or services, and change management activities within a Managed Services contextPrepare and present regular project status reports, service updates, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
