Senior Salesforce Architect

Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of overall experience in Salesforce, with significant experience in business analysis, functional consulting, solution design, or architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Education Cloud.
- Experience working with Education Data Architecture (EDA) and education-sector business processes.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience in business architecture, solution architecture, requirements analysis, and process design.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, reporting, automation, and integrations.
- Experience working with senior business stakeholders and conducting requirement/discovery workshops.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solution designs.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs, including understanding of integration patterns and data flows.
- Strong understanding of data migration, data quality, and data governance concepts.
- Excellent documentation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead architecture discussions with clients.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Salesforce Education Cloud Consultant certification.
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification.
- Salesforce Administrator and/or Sales Cloud/Service Cloud certifications.
- Experience working with universities, colleges, higher-education institutions, or education technology organizations.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, or Tableau is an added advantage.
