Product Specialist Oncology/Hematology Thessaloniki

DEMO SA, one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in injectable facilities is looking for a talented Product Specialist to act as the liaison between our company and the oncology/hematology medical community. The main purpose of this role is to increase the visibility and awareness of our company’s products in order to maximize our future sales growth. This position will cover North Greece, based in Thessaloniki.

Responsibilities

• Develop trustworthy relationships with oncologists and hematologists through regular and structured contact
• Communicate with the medical community on product characteristics and treatment awareness to maximize benefits for the patient
• Analyze area data and trends and proceed to conclusions and action plans in alignment with the Sales Supervisor to drive results.
• Identify and recommend competitive advantage & opportunities to develop the business in the assigned area
• Monitor achievements regularly to ensure targets are reached. Keep updated records and documentation for reporting and feedback
• Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up to date with latest medical data
• Share best practices and key learnings with the team

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Life Sciences
• 3-4 years of proven work experience as a Medical Sales Representative in pharmaceutical industry, ideally focused on oncologists and hematologists.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and networking skills
• Self-motivation and results orientation
