We are looking to hire a Client Operations Manager on a Fixed Term Contract, based out of our London offices.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Client Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day management and delivery of two of our largest client accounts within the Hospitality & Events department. This role will oversee multiple campaigns, hospitality programmes, and activation workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest standard.

Acting as the operational lead across the accounts, the Client Operations Manager will be responsible for project planning, campaign coordination, client reporting, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships.

  • Take ownership of the planning, delivery, and tracking of multiple campaigns and ticketing programmes across two major client accounts.

  • Own the production and delivery of regular client reports, ticket / campaign updates, performance summaries, and status documents.

  • Provide day-to-day guidance and support to junior team members across account and project activity.

  • Build effective relationships with clients, suppliers, rights holders, other client agencies, and internal stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in client services, account management, project management, or operations management within sports marketing, events, ticketing, sponsorship, or agency environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, and ticket allocations simultaneously.

  • Strong client relationship management skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.

  • Excellent project management, organisational, and prioritisation skills.

  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with high attention to detail.

  • Experience leading or mentoring junior team members.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
