Job Description:

Buscamos un Commerce Manager que sea responsable de liderar campañas y estrategias de Commerce.Commerce no necesariamente significa e-commerce puro. Puede incluir retail media, marketplaces, estrategias de conversión y activación de medios vinculada a ventas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liderar campañas de Commerce: coordinar su implementación, ejecución y optimización.
  • Gestionar la relación con el cliente: ser el referente principal para consultas, reuniones, avances y recomendaciones del día a día.
  • Asegurar la operación: controlar tiempos, presupuestos, entregables y calidad.
  • Definir planes y eficiencias: identificar oportunidades para mejorar resultados y aprovechar mejor la inversión.
  • Desarrollar la cuenta: detectar oportunidades de crecimiento junto con los Account Directors.
  • Coordinar con otros equipos: trabajar con Client Services y especialistas de otros canales, como Search, Social, Programmatic o Analytics.

Minimun Requirements:

  • Lic. en Mercadotecnia, Publicidad, Comunicación, Administración, Negocios, Comercio Electrónico o áreas afines.
  • De 4 a 6 años de experiencia en agencias de medios, marketing digital, e-commerce, retail media o áreas relacionadas.
  • Experiencia gestionando campañas de Commerce, Performance y Retail Media para clientes de distintos sectores.
  • Experiencia liderando proyectos y coordinando iniciativas con equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Experiencia en gestión de clientes y presentación de resultados.
  • Experiencia trabajando con marketplaces, estrategias de conversión o entornos orientados a ventas digitales.
  • Conocimiento del ecosistema de Commerce, Retail Media y marketing digital.
  • Entendimiento de estrategias de conversión y optimización de campañas.
  • Conocimiento de métricas de desempeño y negocio, tales como ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, tasa de conversión, ventas e ingresos.
  • Capacidad para interpretar resultados y desarrollar recomendaciones orientadas al crecimiento del negocio.
  • Comprensión de plataformas publicitarias, audiencias y comportamiento del consumidor digital.
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel y PowerPoint.
  • Experiencia con plataformas de medios digitales y comercio electrónico.
  • Deseable conocimiento de herramientas de análisis y visualización de datos.
  • Inglés avanzado.
