  • Work closely with client and internal teams to embed analytics into planning, performance management and investment decisions.

  • Support stakeholders in understanding and applying analytical outputs to business challenges.

2. Analytics Solutions & Innovation

  • Contribute to the development of reusable analytics frameworks, tools and methodologies that can be applied across multiple client engagements.

  • Support the testing and adoption of AI-enabled analytics capabilities, including predictive modelling, automation and emerging GenAI use cases.

  • Help identify repeatable client challenges and opportunities that could benefit from standardised analytical approaches.

  • Partner with data, technology and engineering teams to enhance and scale existing analytics solutions.

  • Explore opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness through automation and new technologies.

3. Collaboration & Integration

  • Work collaboratively with analytics, strategy, media and client teams to integrate analytics into planning and decision-making processes.

  • Support global and local market teams in adopting analytics solutions and best practices.

  • Contribute analytics expertise to new business opportunities and client pitches where required.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure analytical outputs deliver practical business value.

4. Capability Development

  • Contribute to the ongoing development of dentsu's analytics, AI and data science capabilities.

  • Support the creation and maintenance of best-practice frameworks, methodologies and documentation.

  • Share knowledge and learnings across the analytics community.

  • Stay informed on developments in analytics, measurement and AI and help bring relevant innovations into client work.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience working in analytics, data science, insights or research, ideally within a media, marketing or consulting environment.
  • Experience applying analytics techniques, modelling approaches and emerging AI capabilities to support business decision-making.
  • Hands-on proficiency in analytical tools and languages such as Python and SQL.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex datasets and communicate findings clearly.
  • Ability to translate technical analysis into straightforward recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative approach with a focus on delivering practical business outcomes.
  • Interest in emerging analytics, automation and AI technologies.
