Role Overview
Analytics is a core strategic capability within dentsu, enabling smarter decisions and sustainable growth for our clients. As a Global Analytics Manager, you will support the delivery of advanced analytics solutions that drive measurable business outcomes for global clients while contributing to the development of scalable analytics, AI and data science capabilities across the dentsu network.
This is a hands-on role that combines technical expertise, analytical problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration. You will work closely with analytics, strategy and client teams to turn data into actionable insights that support business growth and improve decision-making. You will also help identify opportunities to standardise and scale successful analytical approaches across clients and markets.
1. Client Delivery & Impact
Lead the delivery of analytics and data science projects for global clients.
Develop and implement measurement frameworks, marketing effectiveness studies, experimentation programmes and optimisation approaches.
Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
Work closely with client and internal teams to embed analytics into planning, performance management and investment decisions.
Support stakeholders in understanding and applying analytical outputs to business challenges.
2. Analytics Solutions & Innovation
Contribute to the development of reusable analytics frameworks, tools and methodologies that can be applied across multiple client engagements.
Support the testing and adoption of AI-enabled analytics capabilities, including predictive modelling, automation and emerging GenAI use cases.
Help identify repeatable client challenges and opportunities that could benefit from standardised analytical approaches.
Partner with data, technology and engineering teams to enhance and scale existing analytics solutions.
Explore opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness through automation and new technologies.
3. Collaboration & Integration
Work collaboratively with analytics, strategy, media and client teams to integrate analytics into planning and decision-making processes.
Support global and local market teams in adopting analytics solutions and best practices.
Contribute analytics expertise to new business opportunities and client pitches where required.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure analytical outputs deliver practical business value.
4. Capability Development
Contribute to the ongoing development of dentsu's analytics, AI and data science capabilities.
Support the creation and maintenance of best-practice frameworks, methodologies and documentation.
Share knowledge and learnings across the analytics community.
Stay informed on developments in analytics, measurement and AI and help bring relevant innovations into client work.
Skills & Experience
- Experience working in analytics, data science, insights or research, ideally within a media, marketing or consulting environment.
- Experience applying analytics techniques, modelling approaches and emerging AI capabilities to support business decision-making.
- Hands-on proficiency in analytical tools and languages such as Python and SQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex datasets and communicate findings clearly.
- Ability to translate technical analysis into straightforward recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative approach with a focus on delivering practical business outcomes.
- Interest in emerging analytics, automation and AI technologies.
