Job Description:
Dentsu programmatic is shaping the future of programmatic and is looking for the next rising star to join the team. We are looking for someone who is proactive, works well in a team environment and a team leader. As a Senior Buyer, Programmatic you will have the opportunity to own account management planning, set up and activation of programmatic campaigns for your portfolio of clients. You will be working closely with your team to service different the client teams within the agency for your portfolio. Your day to day would include campaign planning and providing oversight of set up, optimization, reporting to hit client objectives. A successful candidate would demonstrate problem solving skills, attention to detail and time management skills as your primary goal will be to provide leadership of your team and work closely with client teams to deliver a superior programmatic offering to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide oversight of programmatic campaigns across various platforms to a team of programmatic specialists and traders
Lead discussions about potential campaigns and attend new campaign briefings, including assisting with the RFP creation
Project and account management of campaign from beginning to end - from initial briefings, planning, platform(s) setup and go-live to post reporting
Ensure all media plan requirements are correctly communicated to all relevant teams and entered accurately in the appropriate platforms.
Work effectively with internal and external partners including planners and media partners
Provide leadership on post launch audits, campaign optimizations & pacing on campaigns
Address and solve any potential challenges or opportunities within live campaigns
Qualifications:
3 - 5 years of programmatic experience
In platform experience with DSPs including DV360, Amazon, Teads & The Trade Desk
Understanding of tagging, ad serving & campaign management tools
Strong problem solving and critical analysis skills
Desire to continuously learn and develop
Aptitude to build and maintain strong working relationships
Excellent communication and writing skills
Ability to lead a team and strong attention to detail
Advanced Excel & PowerPoint knowledge

The salary range for this position is $60k-$67k. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience,knowledge, and skills. A range of medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available to all permanent employees.
