Key Responsibilities

Content, Strategy, Ideation & Execution

• Developleadership content, POVs, thought leadership, social content, case studies and corporate narratives that strengthen dentsu India’s brand and positioning.
• Work with leaders and internal teams toidentify ideas, stories and opportunities across business wins, campaigns, research, industry trends and client work, and turn them into compelling narratives.
• Translate complex business, marketing and industry topics intoclear, engaging and audience-relevant content across formats and platforms.
• Develop and executecontent ideas, campaigns and editorial calendars, working with creative, social, strategy and other teams to bring them to life.
• Create and refinebylines, opinion pieces, LinkedIn content, speeches, presentations, talking points and other leadership communications.
• Developcase studies and award entries that showcase dentsu’s work, creativity and impact.
• Partner with thecentral strategy team on thought leadership reports, research-led content and client engagement initiatives.
• Ensure all content is aligned withdentsu India’s brand voice, business priorities and communication strategy, while maintaining a high standard of writing and storytelling.

Communications, Media & Execution

• Build and maintain strongrelationships with journalists and media, while identifying relevant opportunities and story angles for dentsu and its leaders.
• Supportthought leadership reports, research, industry insights and client engagement initiatives in collaboration with the wider team.
• Partner with internal teams onindustry events, client engagement events and leadership forums, supporting communications and content requirements.
• SupportLinkedIn, internal communications, newsletters, leadership updates and town halls, working with creative and other teams to bring stories to life across formats.

  What We’re Looking For

• 6-7 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, content, copy writing, editorial or a related field.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills, with a good understanding ofmedia relations and stakeholder management.
• Curious, proactive, collaborative and interested in advertising, media, creativity, culture and business.
• Bring apositive, team-first and collaborative attitude to the work.
• Be open to learning, cross-collaborating and taking on new opportunities.
