JOB PURPOSE

The Project Manager will work directly with customers to initiate and lead their digital marketing and transformation projects using the Adobe Marketing and Commerce Solutions.

Working at multiple levels with the customer, you will evaluate the proposed solution, assess risks, confirm requirements, manage scope, and work on team staffing. You will coordinate and lead all aspects of project delivery from initiation through planning, delivering, monitoring to closing.

Aid customers in improving Adobe solutions by understanding their challenges and crafting innovative, measurable solutions.  

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead teams in scoping activities to identify, gather and analyze requirements, define key business drivers and define an effective and innovative solution
  • Management of end-to-end project life cycle: effort estimation, scope management, planning, monitoring and execution (including risks management, budget, timeline and others) and related reporting
  • Management of project resourcing and commercials including forecasting, time management and invoicing
  • Project communication to client and/or partner and internally
  • Accountable for ensuring projects are delivered to quality standards
  • Customer focus and results driven - help customer to succeed in their digital transformation journey by providing mentorship, industry leading practices and advice on Adobe Marketing and Commerce Solutions
  • Active participation in PMO practice development

WHAT YOU’ll BRING

  • Strong foundational project management skills delivering digital marketing implementation projects for a software vendor (or mixed vendor / customer background)
  • Demonstrated project management experience with experience in Digital Marketing & Automation, Campaign or Content Management solutions
  • Experience in implementing Adobe solutions: AEM, AEP, and ideally other solutions like Campaign, Commerce
  • Ability to handle large single projects or multiple concurrent smaller projects
  • Outstanding at problem-solving, with expertise in risk management, prioritization, and delivering presentations up to the Executive level within an organization
  • Experience in delivering projects using an agile methodology, e.g. SCRUM
  • A professional project management qualification & business consulting background
  • Minimum of 6 years project management experience in the industry
  • Ability to work with virtual internal teams across geographies and time zones & full fluency in English. Other European languages is a plus.
