Job Purpose

The successful candidate will handle customer calls and enquiries in a professional manner, provide correct and timely information, resolve concerns, and ensure a consistently excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls from customers and place outbound calls as required.
• Answer questions relating to the company's services, reservations, events, membership plans, and other offerings.
• Address customer complaints and refer unresolved matters to the appropriate level.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, sales leads, reservations, and specific requests.
• Keep accurate records of customer conversations and feedback.
• Spot potential sales opportunities and convert them into business.
• Collaborate with other departments to settle customer requests.
• Maintain a polite and professional telephone manner at all times.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
• At least three years of experience in customer service, a call centre, hospitality, or a comparable role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Solid listening, problem-solving, and follow-up capabilities.
• A confident, professional, and customer-oriented disposition.
• Capable of working under pressure and managing difficult customers in a professional manner.
