DescriptionWe are seeking a vibrant, smart, and energetic NYSC Corps member currently serving in Port Harcourt to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on corporate experience during your service year.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist with administrative duties as assigned.
- Must be a current NYSC corp member.
- Must reside in Trans-Amadi or its environs.
- Excellent communication skills (Spoken and written).
- Must be computer literate (Ms Office Suite).
- Smart appearance and a 'can-do-it' attitude.
- Available to resume immediately.
