Senior Accountant

Desire Import Export invites qualified and experienced applicants to apply for vacant positions in sales, marketing, and accounting. The company is seeking professionals to support its electric vehicle sales operations, expand customer relationships, strengthen digital marketing activities, and ensure effective financial management.

We import duty free cars for our prospect customers who have privilege such as Diplomats, Embassies, AU and UN organization and their staffs, tour operators, manufacturing and agricultural investments .Our cars are delivered fully-registered with all requirements completed. We’ll deliver your car wherever you are.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• An advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.

Work Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Senior Accountant.
• Experience in a supervisory or managerial accounting role.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Experience using Peachtree, QuickBooks, or other ERP accounting systems.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Team leadership, adaptability, and risk management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily accounting and financial operations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and cash flow reports.
• Supervise junior accounting staff and review financial transactions.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Develop and improve accounting policies and financial procedures.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
