We are looking for a new Tech Lead to bring their expertise to our development squads! As a Tech Lead, your mission is to enhance the user experience for our millions of members and clients. We are looking for a passionate, curious individual who is ready to push their limits to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions. You will demonstrate leadership with various stakeholders on strategic, complex, and innovative initiatives and projects. More specifically, you will:

• Support developers in adopting and mastering technologies
• Inspire your colleagues to excel
• Stay up to date with technological trends
• Ensure the analysis and development of software products, including design, coding, testing, and operations
• Define development methods and share them across the teams you lead

What you bring to the table

• Professional experience as a Tech Lead
• Proficiency in French is required
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring, Angular, TypeScript, microservices architecture, databases, and more
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and DevSecOps development practices
